MMT, MT-BC, Reiki 1 (they/she)

human / musician / artist / music psychotherapist / creative coach

as a queer, sober, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, non-hierarchical and empathetic mental health clinician, I am passionate about supporting others in discovering and exploring their own authentic dreams and life paths while navigating the inevitable pain and challenges of life.

I began practicing as a music therapist in 2016. Over the subsequent five years, I began to take a deep look at the direction my life was headed. Feeling burned-out and unhappy with what I considered to be my "dream job" at the time, I decided to take a u-turn and focus on my own creative pursuits. I got sober and began a deep dive into my own emotional health. Through years of self-reflection and growth, I ultimately came out of denial - which for me, meant accepting truths about my substance abuse and complex trauma, as well as honoring my dreams of being a singer-songwriter and artist. I began to take steps towards building my life in a way that supports my emotional recovery and my dreams. I am so grateful for the connection to myself I have found and continue to find along the way. I strongly believe that my personal healing and recovery helps me better serve others navigating their own healing path.

Through therapy and coaching sessions, I am honored to work with people who seek deep, authentic connection to themselves.
